Refund Policy

At VanCity DJ Collective Inc., we value our clients and aim to provide fair and transparent policies for DJ bookings. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds related to booking our DJs for events.

1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed once a signed agreement and payment are received.

2. Deposits
VanCity DJ Collective requires full payment at time of agreement, unless a deposit amount is specifically stated in the agreement.

3. Client-Initiated Cancellations
More than 30 days before the event: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to the event date, we will refund 50% of the total booking fee.
30 days or less before the event: 100% of the total booking fee is retained by Vancouver DJ Collective Inc.

4. Collective-Initiated Cancellations
In the unlikely event that Vancouver DJ Collective must cancel a confirmed booking, we will provide a full refund of all payments received for that event.

5. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or health emergencies). In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule the booking or provide a partial refund at our discretion.

6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original method of payment. Clients will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
